The answer to the riddle "I can fly but have no wings, I can cry but have no eyes, wherever I go darkness follows" is a cloud. Clouds appear to fly in the sky, but they have no wings. They can also produce rain, which can be seen as crying, but they have no eyes. Additionally, wherever a cloud goes, it can block the sun and create darkness.
